- POC – Point of Contact – internal resource
- All Staff – anyone who calls in from your company
- Authorized Vendors – 3rd parties that have approved access
Authorization Levels:
- S – Support/help desk
- E – Environment changes
- P – Permissions/access
- F – Financial approvals/triggers expense
